✿ Terms of Service ✿

- Please do not negotiate the price of my commissions.- Payment through Paypal, 100% upfront.- I own the rights to the artwork unless discussed otherwise, however the client owns the rights to the concept.- You may not put any progress images through any sort of AI programme.- You may not trace, alter, claim the artwork as yours or recolour any part of the illustration or the progress images.- By commissioning me you agree to only use the commission only as agreed upon by both the artist and client.- If the client is being excessively unreasonable and/or rude, I have the right to cancel the commission. However the client will be reimbursed from 40%-60% of the total amount, depending on how much of the commission has been completed.- In extreme cases, I have the right to cancel the commission without disclosing details of my reasons.- If the client cancels the commission before I start on it, they can receive a full refund. Once started the client will only receive the amount that is equivalent to the work that has not been completed. However, once the commission is complete a refund cannot be requested.- If you break any of the terms, you will be added to my blacklist, and will not be able to commission me again.- By commissioning me you agree to all my terms and conditions and confirm you have read them all carefully.

- Humans- Humans with minimal animal features (like ears and tails)- Fantasy weapons- Small animal/creature companions- Disclose all the features and details of the concept before I accept the commission to avoid misunderstandings further in the commission.

- Furries- Mechas- NSFW art- Fetish art- Gore art- Overly short/ revealing clothing (anything nearing the boundaries of NSFW)- Anything I do not feel uncomfortable with, but I will let you know before taking the commission that I will not be able to accept this request.

☆.｡.:* Status: Open!!- Commissions will take 1-2 weeks to complete, and if there is any delay, the client will be informed as soon as possible.-I usually work in the canvas sizes 1000x1000 px (square) and 709x850 px. You can choose one of these or request another, but please specify when you order :)- In the sketch phase, up to 2 major changes are allowed. In the line art, 2 minor changes. At the colouring/rendering phase, up to 2 minor changes.- I will be sending 1 Work In Progress at the sketch phase, 1 after the line art phase and 1 before the final rendering with the base colours.
